This is still rough-and-ready pounding minimal techno, Regis-style, but this album has a smoother sheen to it that I like - some of the tracks have faint echoes of almost disco-like palm-muted guitar or bass lines, as though someone took a backing part from an old Daft Punk track and dropped a cement truck on it.
